Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made from Peptide Designer, operated by Champike Munasinghe. Our order process is conducted by our reseller Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record and processes refunds on our behalf.

30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a subscription charge, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the charge. Refunds for compute top-ups may be issued for the unused portion of the balance within the same 30-day window.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, visit paddle.net with the email you used at checkout, or contact the support address listed inside your account. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method by Paddle, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page in your account. Cancelling stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Statutory rights

This policy is offered in addition to any refund or withdrawal rights you may have under applicable consumer law, which are not affected by anything in this policy.
